Openings

We aim to establish a team consisting of three graduate students and one postdoc within the next two years.

Graduate students:

Current Cornell graduate students interested in our group are encouraged to reach out to set up a meeting.

Prospective graduate students should first apply for admission to the Department of Physics at Cornell University. Please indicate your interest in working with our lab in your application statements. Feel free to reach out to introduce yourself and learn more about our group.

Postdocs:

We are in search of a postdoctoral researcher to join us around Fall 2024. Applicants should submit their curriculum vitae, a statement of research experience and interests, and arrange for letters of reference. Qualified candidates are also encourage to apply for KIC Postdoctoral Fellowship and Klarman Fellowship.

Undergraduates:

We welcome undergraduates with an interest in experimental condensed matter physics (or if you like experiments, quantum physics or statistical thermodynamics) to participate in our research. Opportunities are available throughout the year, and Cornell A&S students, in particular, may be eligible for funding through the NEXUS Scholar Program during the summer.
